Terms of service
The seller is Sunnmøre Outdoor AS, Holmegata 4, 6153 Ørsta, Norway, order@sunnmoreoutdoor.no, +47 450 39 351, Org. nr.: 932 401 533, and is hereinafter referred to as the seller.
The buyer is the consumer who places the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the customer.
Terms of Sale:
When you order products from Sunnmøre Outdoor AS, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will be promptly informed if the item is out of stock and provided with information on when it might become available again. If the item is out of stock, we will credit the amount.
Payment:
When making a purchase, the customer may use Klarna and choose to pay the full amount immediately, 30 days after the purchase or as a payment plan over 6 months.
Return policies:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to use the right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date of receiving the package. If you return items, we require that the products are in the same condition as when you received them. This means in their original packaging, with tags attached, and without any broken seals.
Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. The items should be sent as a traceable and insured package. If other shipping methods are used and the package gets lost on its way to us, the sender is responsible for the loss of the item.
Items sent to us with cash on delivery will not be collected.
Returns must be registered via email to ordre@sunnmoreoutdoor.no, and you will receive a response regarding whether your return is approved or not. Assembled ski packages or other personalized items cannot be returned.
We will credit your return once it has been received and approved by our returns department. Meanwhile, you can order a new item in our online store to avoid waiting.
It is not possible to return items after 30 days from receiving the package.

Uncollected Package:
There is a collection deadline from the time the package arrives at the post office until it is sent back to us. The post office sends out collection notices via SMS and email, so it is very important to collect the package within the deadline! After the deadline, the package will be sent back to us, and the order will then be treated as an uncollected order.
For uncollected packages, regardless of the reason, an uncollected fee of NOK 300 will be charged to cover our and Bring's costs (costs of procuring the item, Bring's handling, shipping, and our handling). Checking "refused delivery" to return the package is not an allowed practice, and the package will be considered uncollected, with the corresponding fee. If the package contains personalized items, such as custom-fitted skis, the money for these items will not be refunded.
Complaints:
If you have received a product that you wish to file a complaint about, send an email to ordre@sunnmoreoutdoor.no with a picture and an explanation of the problem. You will receive an email from us before you are instructed to return the item.
